Fill in the registration form and submit it online. This event has limited participation, so please submit your application as soon as possible.

Fusion 1-Day pass if application accepted includes:

• 1-day pass worth $300 to VIDWeek Conference on May 27
• Access to Keynotes on May 27

Fusion 1-Day pass DOES NOT include:

• VIDWeek Gala Dinner (or any of the evening events)
• VIPF 2010 events (opening reception, luncheons)

Note: Prices quoted do not include 5% GST. Schedule subject to change. * Limited to maximum of two representatives per company.

Fusion 2010 Application Fee Deadline: May 14	$75 (per company)	$125 (per company)

Once you have submitted your application and your payment has been processed, we will begin the selection process. All applications must be received by May 14, 2010.

You will be notified no later than May 17, 2010 if you have been selected to present. Presentation fee must be received by May 17, 2010. You will also pitch in front of the selection committee on May 19, 2010 if you have been selected.

Your Fusion Salon Investment Forum presentation will be on May 27, 2010. Presentation time will be provided after May 19, 2010 and once confirmation of your presentation fee has been received.
